What we do:
- Review affected processes alongside your operational and technical teams.
- Identify your existing data assets and assess their current state.
- Map out your current systems and integrations.
- Prioritize the problem with the highest business impact and technical feasibility.
The Deliverable:
- An Executive Diagnostic (2-pager) outlining the prioritized problem, estimated impact in time and cost, and two potential AI-driven paths to solve it.
Condition to Advance
- If you choose to move forward, we transition into the paid Phase 1.
Phase 2: Implementation
Tiered Packages: $3,000 | $6,000 | $10,000 USD · 4 - 7 - 10 Weeks
We take the prioritized problem from Phase 1 and design a solution with enough detail to ensure it can be built flawlessly and without ambiguity
What we do:
- Define the AI architecture (selecting the right models, integrations, and workflows).
- Design the end-to-end data flow.
- Identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Estimate the exact effort and cost of implementation.
We also build and integrate the solution designed in Phase 1 directly into your real-world systems.
What we do:
- Develop the custom AI solution (automations, agents, integrations, dashboards).
- Integrate seamlessly with your existing infrastructure (ERP, CRM, internal tools).
- Conduct rigorous testing using real data.
- Train your team to ensure high adoption.
The Deliverable
- A fully functional solution deployed in production, comprehensive technical documentation, and a dedicated training session for your operational team
Phase 3: Optimization & Support
$800 – $1,500 USD / month
Once the solution is deployed, we partner with you through the critical early months to ensure adoption, measure results, and continuously refine the system.
What we do:
- Conduct a monthly review of metrics vs. the success criteria defined in Phase 1.
- Implement adjustments and improvements to the production environment.
- Provide dedicated support for errors or changes in your internal systems.
- Manage AWS hosting.
The Deliverable:
- A monthly performance report and a detailed log of all system adjustments made.
